For those interested in trying something new, this coffee rub should make an amazing bark!
Coffee Rub:
• 1/2 cup coarsely or fine ground coffee beans
• 1/4 cup kosher salt
• 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
