Or...another way for the, “Hold my beer, “Damn, that looks great, but “this is how I do legs...” folk”..

Hang the legs on a rack in the refer overnight to dry out and tighten up the skin.
About 45 minutes before Traeger’n, paint them with vegetable oil, and season with your favorite light-salt rub.
For this cook, I used Traeger Chicken on 2, and Cabelas’s KC Rub on the last 3..
About 2-1/2 hours at TR->275*F to an IT of least 165*F internal.
I usually dip each in a Pyrex 1 cup’per of homemade Vinegar-based BBQ Sauce a couple of times over the cook (at 1:30 and 2:00 elapsed time)
Nice tang, bite, and taste for somebody way up in the NorthWet ?

The lollipops look great and I bet my grandkids would love em. I'm going to try a few tomorrow.
