Since I came back to Traeger I found these pellets. They are a 50/50 Pecan/Cherry mix with Oak. I have to admit that these are the best I have tried sofar. Our pellet selection in Australia is limited compared to the States so it was good to find this. Much less dust and I feel they didn't burn as quickly as others. I also feel that the cooks I have done keep to the set temp more accurately than before. Downside you have to pay $AUD40 which is roughly $US30 for a bag.
