Traeger has a recipe for NO FLIP bacon. I have done it several times. and found that the best way to get it done is to put the bacon on right after the Traeger reaches about 160 (set temp is 350). once the Traeger app signals that the grill is up to temp, time for 10 minutes and check on the bacon. On my Silverton 810 from 160 to done is about 30 minutes. Be careful to not over cook. If you like Crisp (like me) take of the grill before it looks crisp. as it cools it will crisp up. we then store in the fridge in a plastic container and just warm up in the microwave before serving.
