Can you use your grill the same day after the initial seasoning?

Hi Scott, absolutely. I seasoned mine per the instructions and right after I did a skirt steak. I did half an onion and rubbed it on the grates and then sprayed lightly with weber grill spray. Might as well since the grill will be nice and hot already
