I just bought a new woodridge pro 970 and this is my second controller now and I have yet been able to get to where I can light my grill. With both controllers, I set it up on wifi and connect it on the app. Then I move on to seasoning the grill. As soon as I turn it to 350 and push the nob, the control goes into an update. It spins for a bit and then gives me a green check mark. I then turn the dial again to get it to 350 and start the grill and all the pixels are misaligned. Both controllers did the exact same thing. I have not even been able to ignite my grill. Is anyone else having this issue?
