I have been challenged by my brother-in-law to smoke a 30 lb lamb from Costco. I’ve been searching around and all I see are butterflied lambs or on a large rotisserie. Is it possible to tastefully smoke a whole lamb on my Eastwood 34 or is it too small? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’ve never done lamb before, so cooking temps/times/recipes would be fantastic!

Ok, so I cut the hind quarters and tested, it will now fit. I won’t be able to butterfly it, so it will be laying on its side. Any recommendations for temp and duration? I’m not concerned about how long it will be on, just want to ensure I give it enough time.
