I put my turkey on at 7 this morning east coast time. Super smoke is turned on but there’s no smoke and it’s now noon. Temp is 225 f help please

Just relax... your Traeger is doing it's thing and your bird will be amazingly juicy and tender. I used to sweat the 3very detail, but now I set it and forget with fantastic results.

Hi! It sounds like there might be a few things to check. Make sure the hopper has enough pellets, they’re not jammed and they’re dry damp pellets can cause issues. Super Smoke works best under 225°F, so double check your temperature. Also, ensure the smoker is clean and the fan and auger are working properly. Even if you don’t see much smoke, your turkey is still likely absorbing flavor. Hope this helps!

If you are seeing heavy white smoke, the cook will have a bitter taste. Good smoke is thin blue in color, barely able to see. You do not need to see the smoke, but you sould be able to smell it if you are downwind of the grill.

Pellet grills will never have the same smoke flavor of a stick burner offset smoker. If you do like heavy smoke, you might want to check out threads on smoke tubes and/or smoke generator attachments. Smoke tubes are cheap. Fill them with a blend of wood chips and pellets. There are some good threads on using smoke tubes.

Check if the hopper has enough pellets, the fire pot is clean, and the igniter is working; restarting the smoker might help!

Try checking the pellets and cleaning the firepot blockages or damp pellets could be causing the lack of smoke.
