What is this button?

This button is on back of my control board? Wondering what it is for? Was reading about p settings but I don’t think that’s it because when I click it doesn’t do anything. Dan. Ps I have a pro series 22 inch control board model bac389

Well, first reaction is, it's never supposed to be pushed because the control panel for those models don't have anything to push....
That could also be the same board they use in the higher models where you dial and PUSH the dial to start or select things... with obviously other boards/advancements added to it
