Of the time? If you had to go fire up the traeger right now and cook something what is it?

Don't know that I have a FAV... but pre-pack 1" Ribeye steaks from Aldis, dust one up good, get it to about 130ish, pull out my torch and sear it quick all the way around, plate and eat.
