Yeah I just saw the new app GUI for the first time. There is a setting that switches from metric to imperial, but that still does not help with something like ‘1/2 brown sugar.’ Half WHAT?!?!?! Tablespoon? Cup? Box?
Reminds me of getting a recipe from my mom, trying it and coming out with a fiasco. When I went back to her to figure out what went wrong, there was about a 1/3 of the recipe missing, some of the measurements were off, some ingredients were wrong ( margarine vs butter), and there were some things she just did out of habit that she didn’t bother to think about.
Only thing I can think to do is mention it in the app store reviews. Maybe someone will see it & fix it.
