Whats everyone got for plans or menus for this up coming TragerDay on may 16th? Everyone been following along on Instagram with prizes and potential Prizes Traeger will be giving away?

TraegerDay 2020

I think it would be beneficial to get timely responses from the Traeger support team. Multiple days reporting an issue and no responses.

My social media presence is non-existent, so I would say for me....missing out ??
Hopefully some of you get some nice bling from them.
@svendahl I hope you get your reply. Seems to be hit and miss on the responses from customer service lately

I agree, but with who knows how many people are actually working in the supporting department... it could be a wait..

Smokin anything this weekend while you wait?

from what I've seen, If you post and use #traegerday you'll get special stickers that you cant buy and the possibility at pellets for a year or a new smoker....

Thanks. Will try and remember to use the #traegerday if I get to smoking something good this weekend and post it on the forum.

I’m looking forward to #traegerday as it will be my first as a proud owner of a Traeger Timberline 850.

TraegerDay 2020
First #Traegerday as a #TraegerOwner but already fired my Timberline 850 up to enjoy some delicious chicken breasts and sausage. This weekend my wife and I will be trying our hand at a brisket and ‘More Chicken.’ But May give it a go with some smoked Gouda cheese Mac and Cheese.

#Traegerday
Brisket has hit the stall at 158. Time to wrap. Put it on at 8PM at 180 F.. Traeger mesquite pellets. Smoke tube was used extended for 6 hours of extra smoke.
Wrapped now and upped temp to 225. Going to be ready much earlier than anticipated.
Eating an early dinner on #Traegerday

#Traegerday underway....two delicious looking racks, seasoned with Martin County and Fat Boy rub combo and finish it off with some fresh home made peach nectar.

Meals look good everyone!
This being my first TraegerDay I went with the biggest brisket Ive done yet! (14lbs after trimming)
Went in at 10pm after a trim and coating of mustard and Holy cow. Started at 165F with super smoke, and turned up to 220F with super smoke when I got up around 5am. It hit the stall at about 9am at 160ish and held there for almost 2 hours before creeping up. I pulled it when I got home from grocery shopping at 1pm and it cooked a tad bit too long as when I tried to slice after the rest, its just fell apart. Probed amazing tho.

Looks great @jp9724
I took mine off at 190. It felt like butter inside when probed it. Went to the net to see if it could possibly be done. Saw some posts saying if it feels done, its done. I think i could have left mine a bit longer. It was good an moist and it was tender, but not as tender as some I've seen

From what I've found and read. Start probing around 190 as it could be done that early, I wasnt home at the time and luckily I got home before it really over cooked. Glad yours turned out well!
