We bought a Timberline XL in October 2022. It has had major issues from the beginning, starting with having to replace the motherboard 2 months in. The latest issue is a failure to ignite. We did all the troubleshooting and Traegar will be sending us a new fire pot and motherboard fuse. Once again, despite the false claim from the salesman that Traeger sends a technician out for repairs, we will be replacing the part feeling quite unskilled in doing so on a $5,000 grill! At what point can we just call this unit a lemon and push Traegar to replace it? Has anyone had any luck doing this?
This latest issue was discovered at 11pm last night as I was ready to put the brisket on. It has now been in our oven for hours instead. :-(
