Timberline 850 power issue

I was wondering if anyone has had power issues with there timberline 850’s? My controller will not power on. I have power at the outlet and the cord tested good. I can’t find any fuses and this grill doesn’t have a power brick. Red light on the back of the controller turns on. Not sure what else to check before replacing the controller.

Strange. You've checked the physical layer and all is good. I would check with Traeger on Facebook with your issue. They are pretty prompt on replying.

My Timberline 850 likes for a completed WIFI connection before starting. Then it starts right up. There seems to be a little time delay between turning it on, powering up, setting the temperature, and starting. I can live with it. I be happy

Trying starting at 165*F first and then starting, adjusting to a high temp.

Contact Traeger's Support guys at their 1-800 number using your smart phone. They are REALLY GOOD at what they do.

I use phone contact with my I-phone because the techs can take control of my phone camera and look at my Traeger Issue while we talk about it.

Very good support. Maybe AMAZING SUPPORT.
