Just purchased a 200 series from Costco
Plugged it in turned it on
Went to idle mode than Simultaneously hit the two buttons to prime says prime but doesn’t hear a fan I can’t get it

You should hear the auger turning when you prime it. All it's really supposed to do is pull some pellets from the hopper into the firepot. Dumb question, but do you have pellets in the hopper?

Which model number is it? I'm not familiar with a 200 series from Costco.

Yes but the draft Induction fan isn’t coming on and the rod is not getting red
oh well

The fan and hot rod do not run when priming the auger tube.

Auger prime is a rarely used function, most leave pellets in the auger when changing flavors etc.
I vacuum out the ashes and remaining pellets from the firepot every couple of cooks and leave pellets in the auger.
I hit ignite when ready to cook and within a few minutes the temp starts rising.
No auger priming.

Me to, vacuumed after every 2-3 hrs of cooking i think the grill likes a clean fire pot….
