Temp control

Hello. I am new to using a forum so I hope I get some replies. I have a traeger i have owned for approx 3 years. Last year and this year it seems to me that the running temp is higher than what I set it for and product is cooking a lot quicker than anticipated. Anyone else have this problem? It seems to fluctuate???
