Hi,
I set up the grill and ran it for the 45 min for break-in and cooked on it a few times. I have found that at cooking temps (325-400) anytime I open the lid the unit starts smoking like crazy. this can't be normal can it? This is my only Trager but have been cooking on a Memphis pellet grill for years
I am also curious why they put the heat box all the way to the left, the right side of the grill is a lot cooler than the left.. Lastly the 2 large vent holes at the top seems like over kill... has anyone tested with closing off the one on the left side?
