We made some Mesquite Chicken tonight on the Traeger and it turned out awesome!
Not really much prep work, mix the packet with oil, water, and chicken breast. Rest in the fridge for a hour.
About 25 minutes on the grill at 350. I let the chicken hit about 168 degrees.
