Local locker had a 20% everything in there freezer sale. I got a little tax refund and took advantage. Packer brisket, brisket flat, picanha , beef (Dino) ribs, tritip, and a few brats.

Crazy how regional prices are. I can by full tri tips for 7.49 per pound at my local family owned processing plant/butcher. Briskets are under $5.00 per pound last I bought. Either way you're gonna be eating good.
