Stickers for non working induction fan

So was really disappointed..Brande new pro575..went to season grill and got fan disconnected error..went theough all the trouble shooting…took apart control and made sure all connections were good..then checked under the hopper that fan was connected and still no fan spin…Called cuatomer service and they offered me stickers lol

At the end they made it right but i just about fell off my chair when they offered me stickers as compensation
