Grill
Pro 575
Got the pro 575 and did initial start up using treater fuel.
The initial firing went fine, I set temperature to 350F, overshot to 375 but recovered and stayed at set point within 5 degrees. After 20 minutes I raised the temperature to 450F and the grill ramped up to temperature nicely and held set point within 5 degrees
After 30 minutes at 450 I started the shutdown .
Everything has worked perfectly

Good job, WELCOME

Welcome to the group, and hope you enjoy your new grill.
Get ready to spend more money on accessories....😬.

Welcome to the forum!!

Beware the temp settings are off as a rule and a secondary method of monitoring temps is in order. I use a fireboard. Mine runs 20*+ colder than the probe reads.
