Sockeye salmon fillets and sautéed veggies

Hickory pellets, a bit heavy for fish, but it was all I had available.

Seasoned salmon with lemon juice, salt & cracked black pepper on the skin side, lemon juice, black pepper, and Malibu seasoning on the flesh side. Grilled on a bed of lemon slices and topped with a lemon, temp set at 375, cooked about 30 minutes or until fish was flaky.

Veggies were thin sliced & tossed in light olive oil , black pepper, and Montreal seasoning, and put on grill probably 10-15 minutes before fish. Stirred a few times while fish was cooking.

The wife was overwhelmed with the salmon., some of the best she has had. I thought it came out great as well.

Nice! Ain't great to cook a whole meal outside, especially when it's hot. Beats heating up the kitchen.
Did everything but the rice out there.
