After months of inadequate and inept online customer (dis)service from Traeger about my Silverton purchase from Costco - ONE missing part, I wanted to reach-out and inquire of any sources that may known for Silverton parts. The Traeger website avoids Silverton, likely supporting the concept that it was a limited edition or build for Costco. I am seeking the "Upper Heat Shield," as I do not want to operate the unit without it. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
