Seasoning

So it's 55* outside and I started the initial seasoning. Pretty disappointed at this point.

It's been running atleast 30 minutes and will not hit 350*. My external probes are showing similar Temps.

Also the Traeger probe is now laying on top of the hopper door. It's off by 20*.

I would check that it has the latest filmware or see if it needs updated.

When I did the first fire on my Ironwood 885 it took forever to reach 500°. It eventually did and I completed the break in. I was worried but after that it’s been awesome. Hi it’s set temps fast, stays on or near the set temp and the best thing, regains temps so fast it sometimes looks like the numbers on a gas pump rolling.
