Roasting Green Chilies

It's that season again! The local grocery store has a fresh shipment of Hatch green chilies. We roasted a small batch tonight on the Traeger at 450 degrees for roughly 10 minutes on each side. Hoping to do some green chili cheeseburgers later on this week!

I wish I could roast them as perfectly as you. Every time I try it come out either under done or way overdone.
