Grill
Pro 22 (factory cover, welder's blanket for winter cooks), Weber Genesis, lots of temp probes and various other gizmos, thingamajigs, and a beer cooler.
Traeger specs for the Pro 22 indicate one can cook 3 racks of ribs. Using an older Weber rib rack, I can stand 4 racks vertically, plus one on the upper grate. Anyone tried that? Comments?

If you can find some type of grate that would fit inside your grill you can cook 4 racks easily on it. I rigged my 780 Pro by using a aftermarket grill grate and suspended it on bricks. I actually cook regular cooks on it and put a drip/water pan on main grate. Helps get better smoke flavor because the smoke wraps all around the meat. Just a thought.

I've definitely tried to Tetris as many ribs as possible into my Traeger! It's always a challenge. As long as the lid closes, you're probably good (within reason!). Just be prepared for potentially longer cook times and maybe some uneven cooking. But hey, more ribs is always a good thing, right?
