Planning on doing a brisket and ribs for the superbowl.
I've used the reserve blend(cherry oak apple) for the ribs. But unsure how it will turnout with the brisket.
What do you guys think
 
I prefer something a bit heavier for brisket as well as ribs. I've used a blend that has hickory, maple and apple that works well.

The signature is
Hickory maple and cherry. Maybe that route?
Didn't see any hickory maple apple.
I also noticed the competition blend from pitboss that everybody seems to love is also
Hickory maple cherry.
