Pro 780 vs Silverton 620

I have a choice of either of these 2 models and am having a hard time choosing. What do you all think? I’m partial to the looks of the Silverton but the pro seems like a better grill. Thanks for your feedback.

Pro 780 all day long. After reading some of the stories on here, I'd have a hard time buying one of the Costco-Exclusive models.

I'm not that familiar with the 620 but I own the Pro780 and love it. It will give you more cooking area and looks to have more sturdy legs. You can add a front shelf too the Pro and I think it was around $80 or so.

The Pro 780 is a beast!

Yes, Sorry Ironwood Series above Pro and Below Timberline. Ironwood 650 Pro 780 same price ( $50) and IMO a better choice...

I love my Silverton. I have the 810 which is certainly worth an extra $200 from the Pro 780 price. Has a better controller, no smoke chute, drip bucket behind doors, and you get more space. Also comes with a cover.

I bought my Silverton from Costco about two years or more ago... no issues with it. I do wish it had the WiFi that the newer ones have - but still not sure I would use/need that. I have cooked 2 Briskets with no issue and I have had 4 Boston Butts on it at once... but I just cook/smoke for family and friends.

The Wifire is a game changer to me. The Silverton doesn’t have that, does it?

whats the upgrade controller wise with the Silverton?
