Have the pro 22 and so far really like it. Doing brisket now and noticing the temps keep rising on the smoke setting and even lower settings such as 180-200F. Wandering is anyone else has this issue and what solves it.
I know can open the lid and let it cool but grill doesn’t seem to run at the lower temps at all. Thanks!!
