I am brand new to the forum. I received a Bronson, the entry level Traeger for Christmas 2018. I sold it a month ago and purchased the Timberline 850 last weekend. So far I have cooked wings twice and a pie for Thanksgiving. On Saturday, I am cooking my first Standing Rib Road or Prime Rib. My questions is do any of you have suggestions or warnings for me to consider before I smoke my first Prime Rib?
