Closer to having enjoyed 70 summers than 60.
Didn’t learn the taste and appreciation for, true low-and-slow BBQ techniques and tastes until very late in my line of life...
Recently found a Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce recipe from (heygrillhey.com) and fell in love!
Mixed up a batch, and slathered it on a couple of Cubano and pulled pork sandwiches.
Mixed up a double batch tonight and Traeger’d it for 2 hours on 180*F.
