I am really annoyed that you cannot get Furtado Farms pellets south of the border! I live an hour away from the border and will have to make pellet run one of these days, when they have lifted all COVID restrictions. I am also planning to try some Knotty Wood pellets.
I think Pit Boss pellets are fine, but prefer Bear Mountain pellets which is my standard brand.
I can pick up the Bear Mountain Gourmet BBQ and Bourbon BBQ pellets at my local Lowes store. I like them.
I can order Knotty Wood for in-store pickup at Lowes, but I do not like having to order.
I was surprised to find that the Expert Grill pellets from Walmart were pretty good. The Sweet blend is great for fish and pork. I have a bag of oak and hickory blend, but have not yet tried it. I tend to like Expert Grill a little better than Traeger.
For the greatest variety of blends, Pit Boss is good.
