Help! No fire, no smoke, no bbq

So unreliable. I gave up my old side box chunk wood Smoker for this expensive piece of crap. I thought I was purchasing something that provide steady, reliable and consistent soling, but instead I get the constant dreaded LEr error every time I walk away from this thing. Big mistake, do not waste your money on one of these. Stick to a side box unit or a Big Green Egg!
