Newbie Smoker, New Traeger Ironwood 885

Newbie Smoker here from NJ. Planning on using it for the 1st time tomorrow to do some baby back ribs. Glad i came across this site. Looks to have some great info. from reading a few posts. looks like to ditch the grills meat probe and buy a aftermarket probe that also keeps a eye on the internal grill temp too.
