Hi all, Matt From Mission here, just posting pics of my cooks.
Here was my first turkey and major smoke on my Pro22
Spatchcocked, Brined - (Traeger orange turkey brine) Holy Cow - Rub, Smoked 3:40 Mins with Turkey Pellets, finished with an Dijon, Mikes Hot Honey, and Orange juice. I know Traegers are set and forget but I did sit out there with it.
