New to the group

Hello, my name is Bob. I purchased a PRO Series 22 a couple of months ago. Am looking forward to this forum so I can learn the best way to cook everything. I was wondering though, Why do I not see much smoke?

Welcome to the group!

Even though you don't see a lot of smoke bellowing out of it, trust me, it's still smoking. A good clean smoke doesn't need to be noticeable as far as a visual.

Remember Low and Slow will get you the best smoke flavor... (< 225)...
