New PRO 780 - "slow ignition warning"

hi,

I am based in New Zealand. I purchased a new PRO 780 2 weeks ago.

It takes around 15 to 20 mins to ignite and I get a "slow ignition warning" message.

Here in NZ climates are not cold or hot and first few uses I did not get this message.

I would appreciate support, thanks

Thank you, I primed the auger and fully cleaned the fire box so it was empty. Fired up in around 7 minutes with no message.
