PRO 575
I just picked up my first Traeger....a PRO 575. I'm having a heck of a time with adding my grill to the app and connecting to it. Is there a step by step process somewhere out there to help with this? Do I connect to the grill wifire first and then my home network? I'm so confused. lol I've deleted the app and reinstalled it several times, used the QR code and manually entered the info.....so frustrated.
Any help will be appreciated from you pros out there.

Thanks in advance,
Colin

Check and make sure your wifi signal at the grill is good! In the 50's. And yes it can be a problem but just stick with it and hopefully it will hit.
When it does its really nice.

I can't even get to the point where i can check my signal. Do I connect to the grill wifire first using the app or do I use my home network first?

You have to have a strong wifi signal and only connect to 2G from your phone. My router supports 2g & 5g so I had to forget the 5g signal from my iPhone in order for the grill to pair to my wifi.

Well after 4 days of trying I finally got it to connect. I moved my grill a little closer to the area where my router was and it connected! I live in the sticks so my internet isn't the best but it seems to be just good enough to connect. Thanks for the help all!
