New ironwood - wifi stopped connecting

Hello everyone,

I picked up my new Ironwood 885 last week and have used the wifi without issue. Fired the unit up again and for no reason that I can see the wifi no longer connects and I get the message that the unit is “unable to join the network”.

Absolutely nothing has changed so I can not understand why this problem has arisen. I have tried reinstalling the app, forgetting the network and rejoining, but no good. Does anyone have any insight as to what the problem could be here?

The same thing happened to me with my Pro 575. I left it unplugged for a while (like a week) then deleted everything, forget network, etc. It took two attempts but it did finally reconnect.

Well whaddya know! I did the same thing and it’s started working again!
