I realized this morning that today was my Traeger-versary. One year ago today I purchased my Pro 34. At the time I figured I made a decent purchase. Little did I know how much this thing would change my life.
So, my proposal is this. Traeger Day. On whatever day you bought your T, post a picture of your rig, give it a good top to bottom cleaning, & cook up something tasty to celebrate.
Currently have a spatchcock chicken rolling for lunch, & I am doing some Texas Turkey breast for dinner tonight.
