This is my tentative plan. Posting here in case you guys see obvious improvements I can make.
I'm going to brine my turkey using this recipe:

I am going to cook using this Traeger recipe using the above brine, and generic Traeger rub from Costco (it's what I have on hand):
(basically super-smoke at 225 until 100-110, then cook at 350 until bird is 165 -- wife likes birds cooked more so I'm going 5 degrees higher than recipe)
