Obviously for only certain Models
My "side too hot" baffle seems to be doing a great job, my last cook was those pork steaks that were laid out all over and none showed signs any 'hot spot' inside of the normal 1" perimeter front and back.
In fact neither did my recent Jerky cook, before I was getting burned jerky front and back and a big difference side to side...
OH and I also smoke 'painted' the inside BLACK!!!!
and some of you say this thing don't do SMOKE!!!!
