Making Au Jus

Would it make sense to clean the drip pan, cover it in foil, clean the grease trap and use just a normal new grease bucket liner to capture juices to make Au Jus?
 
When i wrap, i save the juices when i unwrap and put it into a fat seperater. If i do pulled pork i add a little into the meat after shredding. Its awesome.
 
Minor's Beef Au Jus Concentrate from Soup Base (www.soupbase.com) is another option, especially when you want to use Au Jus as an injection marinade.

I pour the remaining marinade in when I wrap, and when finished, I run the drippings through a fat separator to create a dipping sauce.

This is great stuff alone, sometimes I add drippings to it for extra kick.
