I just ran across this video on one of the Discord boards I follow. Surprising results.

I found it a bit funny they so reluctantly had to admit things. That said, they misrepresented their personal opinions in the wrap up. They clearly said they really liked number 3 and then Jeremy said he doesn’t like those pellets personally. Despite just saying he did when it was blind. It’s difficult for anyone to overcome their preconceived bias. Blind taste tests are very revealing no matter the product. It’s funny how often biases such as brand, price, internet bs can influence opinions. Blind tests don’t give you that opportunity.

High numbers good or bad?

LOL so Traeger actually performed very well
Yep, I've said it before, the internet is full of trolls that try to knock a particular product. The Big boys like Traeger, Weber, Big green egg get picked on a lot because they are on the top. Many are paid employees of competitors that misconstrue things a bit to influence consumers toward their employer. Blind tests are very useful. :)

It’s a bit funny because Yoder made a video a few weeks back specifically to crap on Traeger pellets

He did. Jeremy Yoder lost credibility.
He’s clearly embarrassed by his own blind comments and results. It just goes to show you how difficult it is to overcome one’s individual biases and preconceived notions.

I do not necessarily question his motives. He is susceptible to influence just like we are. He may be more or less susceptible. I’m not sure. That depends on the individual. The trolling and information influence campaigns on the internet are extremely prevalent and VERY effective.
