LOW TEMPERATURE SETTING

So I don't normally cook at or below 225 but I'm trying 200 and it seems it has difficulty maintaining the lower temperature. Runs about 15 to 20 degrees higher.
Normal or ???

Ambient outdoor temperature, direct sunlight, surface the grill is sitting on (reflecting/radiating heat?), all will impact cooking at low(er) temps ...
