Lots more smoke at start up

Hey everyone, I have a Pro 575 and it has been smoking a lot more recently at start up, around 80f. Anyone notice the more they use it the more it smokes at startup? I just cleaned it is still doing it. Any thought?

Have your pellets been sitting out in the hopper in humid or wet conditions??

Good point, I’m in Canada where it is typically dry conditions, will empty the hopper and them stored inside.

That's what I do... 5 gal Home Depot buckets with lids... the best
