pro 575
Hi folks, I have used a Traeger pro 575 for a lot of years now and know the thing very well, amid various fixes (hot rod, burner can etc.), mods (pimp my grill two sliding shelf upgrade) and grinding the rust off the front shelf and repainting it. I use a pellet tube almost all the time because the pro 575 just doesn't put out that much smoke, no matter which pellet flavor or brand I try (pecan shell pellets seem to do better than any other, but they are pricey too) and even using low temp settings for much of the cook (165).

Here is my question: have any of you tried any other method with the pro 575 other than the pellet tube? Maybe a through the wall smoke benerator or something like that? I am looking for a better ay to add smoke, using the tube works but would like to see what other methods there may be.
