Ironwood 650. Tailgater
Made up this rack to get more out of my grill. Can get almost 10 lbs jerky on it now. Just finished 5 lbs hamburger jerky.

Yes I use ground beef and a jerky cannon. I used 1/4 inch cold roll steel welded to fit racks. I then seasoned it like you would a cast iron pan. No rust. The racks are cookie cooling trays. Took me a long time to find the right size. Normal jerky trays were to small for what o wanted.
