Glad to be here. I started my official smoking meats about 7 years ago though have been helping others for about 15 and grilling most of my adult life. I used 2 different Masterbuilt smokers in the last 7 years, both of which died. My son bought a Traeger 22 a few years ago and has fixed some pretty tasty stuff, so when my smoker died I took the plunge. My first cook was Korean BBQ grilled salmon. The I did 10lbs of smoked chicken quarters. My last was a pork shoulder. To quote my wife when she tried it, “Yum! More please!”

Glad to be here and already picked up a few good tips.

Welcome. Great group of people here

From a nearly 4 month old new guy here, welcome to this great forum, IMO. I’m learning something new and interesting every day here. Could you share your Korean salmon recipe please? We eat a lot of Korean food in our family. But I don’t think we have smoked K salmons before.
