Induction fan

After 3 random times out of 10 meals, the induction fan is either not working or making all kinds of noise. Searched for manual to show access to Range fan but Treager site has none. Went to Trager parts site and half of the few items (9) were out of stock. How does one get these things fixed?

What model do you have
I have the same thing with a 575
I called and am getting a new fan to replace and see if that’s the problem
